OpulentVIP will take care of your unique and personalized needs.

We will take care of everything around the home. You will never have to worry about maintenance issues or trying to remember when the smoke detectors were last checked. We take care of large issues such as making sure your driveway is re-paved when it's time for it, to small matters like making sure all restrooms are stocked with handsoap.

Simply put... You don't have to do anything!

Everything is customized according to your needs. For example, if you don't want us to do "X", then we won't. The following is a list of tasks we usually take care of, but of course, you are welcome to add any other task related to your home.

• Scheduling and supervising any maintenance or repair Vendor on your property, to make sure the work is performed accurately and on time.
• Walk-throughs of the inside/outside of your home to make sure repairs or maintenance issues are caught on time.
• Keeping a household inventory of important things in your home, at your discretion, and updating such list regularly.
• Paying household bills.
• Managing HOA inquiries or approvals for work that require such authorizations (we act as your agent).
• Supervising existing staff (as a matter of fact, approx 50% of our clients already have an in-home housekeeper in place before they contact us. What we found is that our personal assistant actually complements the duties of the housekeeper, and acts as a check-and-balance system for the homeowner) 
• Recruiting new staff and vendors (e.g. pest control; maid service; pool; etc).
• Quick cleaning and staging.
• Monitoring security lights.
• Picking up mail and deliveries.
• Making recommendations on services or items to improve your home's value.
• Or any other task related to your household!

During our initial meeting, we will go over all tasks that you want us to do related to your home (and which ones you don't want). We will go over your expectations and over any other detail that you want us to take care of. Remember, everything is customized to you! So if you don't want us to ever go into a certain room in your home, you've got it! We are here to make sure you privacy and confidentiality is always protected!

Our # 1 priority is to make sure your home is on tip-top shape, and that your needs are met. Whether it is your primary residence, or a vacation home, we will take care of your home in a professional manner, providing lots of TLC!

If the assignment is for a second or vacation home, we will do everything you want us to according to your customized instructions.

Again.. it would be like having a trusted friend look over your home while you're not here to make sure issues get addressed. We take the responsibility to heart, and we promise your home will have the right care. If you are considering household management services for a vacation home.. we also recommend house-sitting services too, so that we can look over your home regularly when away. 

Our memberships let you combine any service we offer. We recommend a "Gold Membership" or higher for household management.

Examples

a) During a scheduled walk-through around the home, we discover that one of the window's caulk is faulty. We schedule the Vendor, supervise that the work is performed, and pay the contractor according to your instructions. We also e-mail you all the details for your record. 

b) On a regular scheduled basis, we schedule, meet with, and monitor the A/C vendor to come and do a check-up on your HVAC system, clean all air ducts, etc. 

c) You contact us because one of your toilets is leaking all of the sudden. We will take care of the rest, from scheduling the Contractor, to meeting with them, supervising their work, talking photographs of their project, paying them according to your instructions, etc. You don't do anything!
