Pricing valid for Windermere, FL only, if signed up by 12/31/20, for residential accounts.

All monthly rates are automatically charged or invoiced on the 1st of the month, via credit/debit card or ACH, unless other arrangements are made. We can invoice/bill your business, provided you are an authorized member or owner.

Reimbursement for expenses: Rates do not obviously include reimbursement for any expenses or costs made in the client's behalf (e.g. errands). If such are incurred, they are payable at the time of payment. We will pay for up to $1,000.00 in errands/expenses to then be reimbursed; if your task requires an amount greater than that, you can make accommodations with us beforehand (e.g. providing us a check, cash, etc for the costs).

REFER A FRIEND/NEIGHBOR

Simply refer a friend, a neighbor, a colleague, or anyone else you think could use our services. If the new person signs-up for a membership, we will credit you with one complimentary month, for the value of the membership that they sign-up for; credited after the person's second month.... plus... refer as many potential clients as you want!
